1. About these terms

This website is operated by Primebuild Construction Limited, a company registered in Kenya with offices at Wood Avenue, Kilimani, P.O. Box 5051-00100, Nairobi, Kenya. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. These are not construction contract terms

Nothing on this website forms a contract for construction work. Any engagement of Primebuild is governed by a separate written agreement between Primebuild and the client, and that agreement prevails over anything stated here.

3. Quotations and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or quote request through this website does not create a contract and does not oblige Primebuild to provide a quotation or to carry out any work. Any price, programme or scope indicated in response to an enquiry is an offer capable of acceptance only on the terms stated in that quotation and within the validity period it gives.

4. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but the information on it is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision about a specific project. Construction requirements depend on the site, the ground, the intended use and the applicable approvals, all of which need to be assessed individually.

5. Project photographs and descriptions

Photographs of completed work shown on this website are of projects carried out by Primebuild. Where a project record does not state a name, location, completion date or client, that information has not yet been confirmed for publication and its absence should not be read as an implied claim about the project’s scale, value, date or client. Descriptions of such projects set out what is observable in the photograph.

6. Client names and trade marks

Client names and logos shown on this website are reproduced from Primebuild’s company profile and identify organisations for which Primebuild has carried out work. All trade marks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply any endorsement of Primebuild by those owners, nor any current or ongoing engagement.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, graphics and code of this website are owned by Primebuild or licensed to it. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in evaluating Primebuild’s services. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or exploit any part of this website commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use
